Frequently Asked Questions

Everything is managed through the app. There you'll find the workout with a short video and an explanation of each exercise. You can record the weight and repetitions to track your progress. You'll also find your nutrition information in the same app. Each menu includes its ingredients and weights, plus the option to add extra foods if you want to vary some of them and have more flexibility with your diet. (I'll give you more details about this later.) Follow-up, questions, and videos for technique correction will be provided via WhatsApp.

I can adapt to what you have; I can design a plan for your home. Tell me what equipment you have available, and we'll work it out together.

The plan is 100% flexible. I adapt the exercises if you experience discomfort and readjust the routine if you're going on a trip so you can maintain your progress without stress.

No rigid diets. The focus is on metabolic flexibility. You'll eat things you enjoy, balancing your macronutrients so you don't feel like you're "on a diet."

Social life is part of the process, don't worry about it. I'll teach you how to handle those situations so you can enjoy yourself without sabotaging your progress.

Once you complete the initial form and make the payment, I will design your personalized plan and deliver it to you within a maximum of 48 hours.
